Welcome to our Loyalty Program. We value your continued patronage and have designed a tiered reward system to ensure that your loyalty is recognized and rewarded. Your membership level is determined by your total booking spend within a single calendar year.
Tier Qualifications
Membership status is evaluated based on your cumulative spend in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). As your spending increases, you will automatically transition to the next tier, unlocking premium benefits at every stage.
Bronze: Our entry-level tier for guests starting their journey with us.
Silver: Elevated status with enhanced perks for frequent visitors.
Gold: Elite status for our highly valued regular guests.
Platinum: Our highest level of recognition, reserved for our most premier guests.

Policy Notes & Guidelines
- Note on Calculations: All spend requirements are calculated based on the total net booking value inclusive of taxes and service charges, unless otherwise specified.
- Tracking Period: Your total spend is tracked from January 1st to December 31st.
- Tier Advancement: You will be upgraded to the next tier immediately upon crossing the minimum spend threshold for that level.
- Renewal: To maintain your status for the following year, the minimum spend for that tier must be met within the current calendar year.
- Non-Transferable: Loyalty points and tier statuses are unique to the individual guest and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
